Clinical Training & Therapy Style

Sally holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in counseling from the University of Georgia and a Master of Christian Thought from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.


She is a comprehensively trained and certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, as well as in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a research-based therapy proven effective in helping individuals manage intense emotions and build more stable, fulfilling relationships.


Sally's therapeutic approach is grounded in education, coaching and support. She focuses on psychoeducation & skills that are practiced both in and out of sessions. She is intentional about creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe to engage in meaningful work that fosters both personal and relational growth.


Known for her warm, engaging, and energetic demeanor, Sally adapts her approach to meet the unique needs and personality styles of each client.
